Annual Study Conducted by Microsoft Results in scores twenty percent higher than the composite scores of all global partners.

 

CLEVELAND, OH – July 7, 2011Certified Security Solutions, Inc. (CSS), a leading information security services company and Microsoft’s Worldwide, Identity and Security Access Partner of the Year, today announced near perfect customer satisfaction scores. All Microsoft Gold Partners are required to participate in regular customer satisfaction surveys administered by a third party research firm.

CSS’ results were 20 percent higher than the composite of all partners and an overall satisfaction score of 97 percent. Other highlights from the study include:

  • 97 percent of customers say they are “likely to recommend” CSS to a friend or colleague
  • 93 percent of CSS customers said they are likely to reengage CSS for further services in the future.

CSS also received high marks (85 percent or higher) on key metrics including overall performance, ease of doing business with, the ability to meet customers’ needs, and the overall value received.
