Mary Mathews is the people leader at Keyfactor specializing in all aspects of human resources such as recruiting, on-boarding/off-boarding, benefits, payroll, employee engagement, employee issues, administration & office management. Mary is passionate about interacting and helping add value to Keyfactor employees so that they can be the most successful professionals while at Keyfactor. Another main priority of Mary’s includes contributing to the ethical success of the business.

Responsibilities geared towards business operations are carried out in addition to create the highest level of efficiency possible within the organization.

Mary has a strong background in talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Personal Highlights: Mary lives on the West side of Cleveland and is a huge Cleveland sports fan. She graduated with her Bachelors in Business from Miami University. She enjoys working out/staying active, gardening and being surrounded by family and friends.
