You’re invited to attend an exclusive 60-minute virtual experience where you will taste champagne from world-renowned winemaker, Charles Heidsieck and cook delicious blueberry mochi pancakes with Michelin Chefs. 

Registration for this invite-only event includes:

  • A bottle of Charles Heidsieck’s flagship champagne, Brut Reserve 
  • Ingredients to make your own blueberry mochi pancakes with live virtual instructions from Chefs Miguel “Miggy” Reyes and Leevan Recio 
  • Networking and open conversation with leaders in cryptography, including Chris Hickman, Chief Security Officer at Keyfactor 

This event requires no previous cooking experience. Whether you’re an expert or beginner, all participants will learn and cook along with our expert chefs every step of the way. All ingredients will be shipped to your door the week of the event and includes enough for two (2) adults.  

Casual and open discussion during this presentation-less event is encouraged. That’s right, no product pitches – just champagne, cooking and conversations about what other organizations are doing to prepare for the future of cryptography.

Philippe André | US Brand Ambassador, Charles Heidsieck Champagne

Philippe is a second-generation sommelier and restaurateur from Chicago. For more than 15 years, he has been on the cutting edge of wine and cuisine. Prior to his US Ambassador role with Charles Heidsieck Champagne, Philippe focused on wine auction curation and brand development for luxury wine and spirits makers. 

Chefs Miguel “Miggy” Reyes and Leevan Recio | Co-Founders, Virtual Table

While collaborating and cooking at San Francisco hot-spot, Liholiho, Chefs Miggy Reyes and Leevan Recio decided to venture out and start virtual table – a way to bring people together through food and cooking. Drawing from their experience at fine dining restaurants like Aziza, Nomica, and Blue Plate, chefs Miggy and Leevan love sharing their culture through their flavor-packed menus. 

 

Chris Hickman | Chief Security Officer, Keyfactor

As a member of the Keyfactor senior management team, Chris is responsible for establishing and maintaining Keyfactor’s leadership position as a world-class, technical organization with deep security industry expertise. He leads client success initiatives and helps integrate the voice of the customer directly into Keyfactor’s platform. With more than 25 years of experience in the cybersecurity space, Chris has worked on PKI projects for organizations and firms including NATO, Canadian Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Defense and several Fortune 100 companies.
