About the position

The Business Transformation team at Keyfactor drives strategic initiatives focused on improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a Business Analytics Intern, you will support our analytics initiatives by working with data that helps teams understand performance, uncover trends, and make smarter decisions faster. This internship is designed for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how data powers business outcomes. You will work closely with analysts and cross-functional partners to collect, clean, organize, and interpret information that supports our strategic priorities.

Responsibilities 

  • Collect and organize data from various internal sources to support analytics projects.
  • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
  • Assist in creating basic reports and visualizations to help internal stakeholders understand key metrics.
  • Collaborate with Business Transformation team members to clarify data requirements and project goals.
  • Identify and communicate potential data quality issues under supervision.
  • Support ad hoc data requests, research tasks, and documentation efforts.
  • Maintain organized data files and contribute to process improvements within analytics workflows.

Skills and Qualification

  • Pursuing a degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a related field, with interest in data-driven problem solving.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with structured data and basic productivity tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, handle sensitive information, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
