Meet a few of our Key Contributors

Our Key Contributor program is a peer-nominated recognition program where our employees nominate their peers for performance excellence and exemplifying our core values. Each month the entire company nominates a Key Contributor and our leadership team votes on the winner(s), who join historical winners and become strategic stewards of our culture. Key Contributors serve as a sounding board for our leadership and people teams on key decisions and also serve as mentors for our new hires. They also win awards and opportunities for further recognition as members of this program. We are so proud of our Key Contributors. Hear from a few of them below.

Our Involvement in the Community

As cybersecurity professionals, we have the vital responsibility of keeping our communities safe. But we don’t stop with just our products. We take pride in a Global Volunteer Day, dedicating 3 paid days off each year for our staff to volunteer for causes they care about, and matching our employee donations. Plus, we contribute to the organizations where our employees serve on boards. Throughout the year, our Culture Ambassador Giving Back Committee also organizes exciting events to provide even more opportunities.

Our Internship Program

At Keyfactor, we offer dynamic internship opportunities for current students and recent graduates from around the world. Our flexible program includes various options such as seasonal internships and cooperative education placements. Designed to provide practical experience and valuable industry insights, our internships reflect Keyfactor’s core values. Participants benefit from:

  • Professional Skill Application: Interns gain invaluable exposure by participating in the “Interns Innovate Project,” where they tackle a business challenge proposed by our executive leadership team. Outside of their day-to-day responsibilities, this project allows them to apply their skills, contribute to the organization, and make a tangible impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interns engage in weekly collaborative sessions with interns from different departments, fostering teamwork, enhancing communication skills, and increasing their visibility across the organization.
  • Leadership Exposure and Mentorship: Our interns benefit from direct interactions with company leaders and receive ongoing feedback and support, helping them grow professionally and expand their career potential.
