About the position
We are seeking a Product Operations Project Management Intern to support operational improvements across the product development lifecycle. This role will work closely with product operations leadership to help coordinate, document, and advance projects focused on streamlining processes, standardizing workflows, and improving cross-team collaboration. You will gain exposure to real-world product operations initiatives and contribute meaningful value to our distributed R&D organization.

Responsibilities
- Assist with managing project plans, milestones, and timelines for product operations initiatives.
- Facilitate project documentation including process maps, requirements, status tracking, and dashboards.
- Support project-related meetings by capturing notes, documenting actions, and tracking follow-ups.
- Help implement standardized workflows and best practices across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Cloud Operations, and Go-to-Market partners to support cross-functional process improvements.
- Contribute to change management activities to ensure stakeholders understand and adopt new processes.
- Participate in diagnosing bottlenecks, identifying root causes, and building recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualification
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft, Miro, Asana) is a plus.
- Interest in process mapping, workflow automation, and the product lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse, distributed teams.
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
