Jordan Rackie is the CEO of Keyfactor. Jordan is responsible for setting the company vision, driving both top- and bottom-line results, and managing Board relations. Under his leadership, Keyfactor has surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue, achieved 525% three-year revenue growth, and received a substantial investment from Sixth Street Growth in 2024 – bringing its valuation to approximately $1.3 billion. Jordan’s top focus is unwavering – driving tremendous value for the entire Keyfactor ecosystem; inclusive of 2,000+ customers, 300+ partners, and 500+ employees. Experienced in M&A, Jordan has integrated multiple businesses into Keyfactor, including Sweden-based PrimeKey and Spain-based RedTrust. 

Admir Abdurahmanovic is the SVP Strategy at Keyfactor. Admir has a background in IT-security consulting and strategy and has served in various roles such as SVP Strategy, VP of Strategy & Partners, Program Director, and Manager of Advanced Research. Admir’s expertise lies in applied cryptography, business development, project management, and risk mitigation. Admir co-founded TAJT Security AB and PrimeKey Solutions AB, where Admir played a key role in delivering secure PKI-related services. Admir’s educational background includes a degree from the University of Sarajevo. 

Chris Hickman is the Chief Security Officer at Keyfactor, responsible for maintaining the company’s leadership in technical security expertise. He leads client success initiatives and integrates customer feedback into Keyfactor’s platform and capabilities. 

Before joining Keyfactor, he was the Director of Technical Services at Alacris, a smartcard and certificate management company acquired by Microsoft. Chris has extensive experience in PKI projects for clients like NATO, the U.S. and Canadian Departments of Defense, and Fortune 100 companies, making him a trusted resource for enterprises looking to leverage digital certificates. 

Dimitris Zacharopoulos is the PKI Manager of a Publicly-Trusted Certification Authority/Trust Service Provider called HARICA (https://harica.gr). He participates in many different industry forums and organizations like the CA/Browser Forum, the PKI Consortium, the Accredited Conformity Assessment Bodies Council – ACAB’c, and the European Telecommunications Standards Institution – ETSI. Dimitris was elected as the CA/Browser Forum and Server Certificates Working Group Chair for a 2-year term (2018-2020) and was recently re-elected as CA/Browser Forum Chair for the term 2022-2024. He is involved with PKI since 2001 and actively contributes to the development of PKI industry standards for the last 15 years. 

Ellen Boehm is the SVP, IoT Strategy & Operations at Keyfactor. Ellen leads the go–to market strategy for Keyfactor’s IoT business focusing on digital identity security solutions for the IoT device manufacturer market. Ellen is passionate about IoT and helping customers establish strong security implementations for the lifecycle of their overall IoT systems. 
 
Ellen has 17+ years’ experience leading new product development with a focus on IoT and connected products in lighting controls, smart cities, connected buildings, and smart home technology. Ellen has held leadership roles in Product & Engineering at General Electric and Sky Technologies over her career. 

Eric Mizell is the Field CTO at Keyfactor. Eric is a developer turned security expert. Beginning his career in engineering and leadership roles at Hortonworks and OverOps, Eric then shifted his focus to security, having seen first-hand the security gaps in many DevOps environments.  

As Field CTO, Eric works hands-on with DevOps and cloud teams to implement cloud-native PKI and signing into build and deploy environments. 

Jaime Gómez García is the Head of Quantum Technologies at Banco Santander. Jaime is a recognized expert in telecommunications, blockchain, and quantum technologies, with an extensive professional background within the financial sector. His contributions as a disseminator of quantum technologies and their consequential influence on enterprises, notably within the financial domain, have garnered him recognition as a LinkedIn Quantum Top Voices in 2022, 2023, and 2024. 
 
At Banco Santander, he leverages quantum computing for business benefits and tackles the challenges of quantum threats to cryptography. He also serves as Chair of the Steering Committee at the Quantum Safe Financial Forum. 

Jason Slack is the Director of Engineering at Truepic, leading a team focused on delivering secure tools that authenticate media origins and history. With over 25 years of experience and multiple patents, Jason is dedicated to combating disinformation and fostering digital transparency. As co-chair of the C2PA Conformance Taskforce, he helps shape open standards for content authenticity. His work with Truepic’s cutting-edge photo, video, and audio authentication technology used by a broad spectrum of Fortune 500 Enterprises to confidently make informed decisions with digital content demonstrates his passion for leveraging technology to make a global impact. 

JD Kilgallin has been with Keyfactor for 9 years in a variety of engineering roles, and currently is Product Owner of Analytics & AI. In this role, he focuses on vulnerability analysis of cryptographic assets in Keyfactor customer environments. He has authored 3 IEEE papers in Computational Intelligence, including Keyfactor’s 2019 paper, Factoring RSA Keys in the IoT Era. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science, Math, and Philosophy from Carnegie Mellon and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Akron, where he also sometimes serves as adjunct faculty, and is now enrolled as an MBA student at Kent State University. He lives in Akron, Ohio with his husband and enjoys travel and strategy games. 

Olaf Rohleder is a Systems Engineer at Grenke. Olaf has worked in IT for over 25 years, specializing in Systems Administration. Since joining Grenke in mid-2019, Olaf has redesigned the PKI to a 2-Tier PKI (Offline Root CA and Issuing CA) and implemented Keyfactor Command as a self-service tool, enabling users to obtain the certificates they need with appropriate access controls. 

Russ Housley is the owner of Vigil Security, LLC, a firm dedicated to helping customers design and implement diligently watchful security solutions. Russ has extensive experience in the computer and network security field, with past roles at the Air Force Data Services Center, Xerox Special Information Systems, SPYRUS, and RSA Laboratories. His security research includes security protocols, certificate management, cryptographic key distribution, and high assurance design and development practices. He has been active in many security standards organizations; his recent focus has been on the Internet Engineering Task Force. He earned an MS, Computer Science, from George Mason University. 

Ryan Sanders is Sr. Director of Product Marketing and Customer Relations at Keyfactor. Ryan is passionate about cybersecurity and actively analyzes the latest compliance mandates, market trends, and industry best practices related to public key infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates. Based in Toronto, Ryan has been an integral member of the Keyfactor team for six years. 

As the CSTL Certification Program Director and FIPS 140 Subject-Matter Expert at Lightship Security, one of world’s busiest product security testing labs, Ryan Thomas’s passion lies in finding efficient ways to meet our customers security certification objectives. He has an extensive background in auditing, evaluating and testing IT systems against a wide spectrum of technical security standards and specifications. He is certified under the NIST/CCCS CMVP’s Cryptographic Validation Program (CVP) 

Shreya Uchil  is the VP of Product Management at Symmera. Shreya has over 15 years of experience in engineering, product management, and customer success roles within the networking and cybersecurity sectors, most recently as the Sr. Director of Product Management at DigiCert. Previously, she served as VP of Product Management and Customer Success at Mocana Corporation. Shreya has a passion for helping customers achieve business objectives and driving product growth. She holds five patents in endpoint security and has earned a BE degree from NIT Suratkal, India, and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University. 

Srinivas Kumar is the CEO and Co-Founder at Symmera. With more than 35 years of hands-on engineering and management experience, he previously served as VP of IoT Solutions at DigiCert, CTO and CPO at Mocana, and CTO of TaaSera. He also founded TaaSware (acquired by TaaSera in 2012). He holds 42 U.S. patents in the field of cyber-protection and has led engineering efforts to certify products for common criteria, FIPS, DO-178, US DoD, and NATO standards. He holds a BE degree in electrical engineering from VJTI, Bombay University, and an MS degree in electrical and computer engineering from Clemson University. 

Ted Shorter is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder at Keyfactor. Responsible for Keyfactor’s Intellectual Property development efforts, Ted helps align Keyfactor’s focus with the changing security landscape, ensuring our clients understand the importance of crypto-agility. 

Ted has worked in the security arena for over 25 years, in the fields of cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure, authentication and authorization, and software vulnerability analysis. His past experience includes 10 years at the National Security Agency, a master’s degree in computer science from The Johns Hopkins University. 

Tomas Gustavsson is the Chief PKI Officer at Keyfactor. Tomas has an MSc from KTH in Stockholm and has been researching and implementing PKI systems since 1994. He is the founder of the open-source enterprise PKI project EJBCA and still get into development from time to time, a contributor to numerous open-source projects, and a member of the board of Open Source Sweden.
