Job Summary
The Technical Writer is responsible for developing clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our products. This includes creating content such as how-to guides and installation instructions that enable users to understand and effectively use our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex technical information into accessible, user-friendly content.
The position is based in our Stockholm office and follows a hybrid work model with excellent flexible working practices. Applicants must hold a valid Right to Work in Sweden.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our products, including how-to guides, installation instructions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze technical information for documenting new or updated product features.
- Drive continuous improvements in product documentation by identifying gaps, ensuring clarity and consistency, and effectively communicating complex technical concepts into understandable content.
- Ensure documentation adheres to company style guides and best practices, maintaining consistency and a high standard of quality.
- Review, revise, and optimize existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and usability for different audiences.
- Continuously expand technical knowledge and writing skills through training and collaboration with senior team members
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical writing, specifically for software products.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to quickly learn and document new technologies.
- Ability to take ownership of documentation projects, proactively identify needs, and tackle challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality documentation on schedule.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring documentation is accurate, clear, and consistent.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
