2022: Sustaining Positive Change

As we near the end of 2021, I wanted to take a few moments to share my gratitude and praise to our employees. It’s been an incredible year of growth and positive change for our company. I for one am excited about what the future holds for Keyfactor. Thinking about the next 12 months and beyond, I feel energized about the opportunity on the horizon, especially as our newly merged business takes shape as one momentous force.

The success of our company is due to the immensely talented group of individuals that make up who we are and where we want to go. Culture and values serve as the cornerstone of our organization and as we continue to progress towards our goals, we will remain steadfast in our effort to foster a diverse and inclusive environment. We’ve made inroads in advancing our D&I mission, but there is still work to be done. Most recently, we were recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a Notable Business Championing Diversity & Inclusion. This achievement is a testament to the strategy we’ve put in place to improve upon diversity in our business, our world and our future. Introduced a little over a year ago, our ‘DIVERSE Commitment’ and its triangular structure has helped us organize our thoughts and plans supporting this important topic.

D&I is and will always remain to be a key focus area for Keyfactor, its leadership team and employees. We’ve supported D&I efforts across our entire global organization and communities. My hope is that we will continue to embrace diverse populations, cultivate inclusion and continue breaking down barriers that prevent us from moving forward. Throughout my career, I’ve placed a great emphasis on diversity – I’ve often learned the most from others with a background unlike my own. With the focus and attention placed on D&I, I’m confident that Keyfactor employees will continue to embrace this notion and create opportunities to authentically prioritize diversity and inclusion in their lives and the lives they impact.

With 2022 just around the corner, I look at the Keyfactor family, a diverse and talented group of people, and feel inspired. Together, I am confident we can continue generating positive change today and tomorrow.
